Hello! and welcome to my blog. Here I put updates on shows and I'll post new and older work I've created. I hope you will enjoy browsing through my blog.
I designed 24 mosaics for the Expo/Western station of the Expo line in Los Angeles, which will be opening up sometime in the next year. This is one of 24 mosaics being created by a fabricator in Montreal, Canada, called Mosaika. They are doing a great job. Pictures are below.
One sunday morning, I saw this group of teens at a Carl's Jr. who had the appearance that they had been partying all night. They were ordering breakfast at around 8am.
I saw this gentlemen waiting for the bus a while back. He had his small portfolio suitcase and a Burger King paper bag on either hand. he was an older man. Probably in his 70's. The sun was setting while he waited for the Metro to show up.
One EARLY morning, I saw this young man drinking coffee on one side of a trash can looking one way and a small sparrow with a french fry in his beak on the other side facing the other way. It was cool.
Drawing , (wether it's graphite, pen and ink, watercolor or otherwise) has always been how i create my art. I have always had a love of line and immediacy. Drawing is one of the best ways for me to be able to communicate my thought and ideas....
